About David Welch  I am native to Central Florida growing up on the coast in Melbourne. I have called Orlando my home since moving here in 1982 to attend the University of Central Florida, the sixth largest university in the country. After graduating from UCF with a degree in Finance, I attended Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. The Rollins MBA is considered the most prestigious in the entire state and ranked in the top 40 nationally. I am currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, and the Florida Association of Realtors. I serve as Vice-chairperson of the Budget and Finance Committee, and the Realtor PAC, I am also a member of Strategic Planning Committee at the local and state level. I also serve on the Board of Directors of Church Street Investment Properties.
